Nina founded CROSSING CHANGE after more than 20 years working alongside leaders in government agencies at all levels, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and private businesses. Her work brings a distinctive approach to change management and project management.

Before starting the practice, she ran lessons learned sessions and training inside a federal government agency. A colleague who saw that work firsthand kept telling her she could build something of her own. When her position ended, she spent months figuring out what came next — until a friend who ran his own business told her there was no better time to start. She completed her PMI-CPMAI certification, then stopped looking for the next job and built CROSSING CHANGE instead.
